We are seeking a talented Technical Support Junior to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to our clients and resolve any technical issues they may be experiencing. You will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting problems, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary, and ensuring that clients are satisfied with the resolution of their technical problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via email, phone, and remote desktop access
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems reported by clients
- Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members
- Ensure that clients are satisfied with the resolution of their technical problems
- Document technical support processes, procedures, and resolutions
- Contribute to the development of technical support knowledge base and FAQs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications
- Familiarity with remote desktop access and support tools
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments
- Experience in technical support or a related field is a plus
